The Express Wire I is an Ethernet Router which utilizes
Rate Adaptive Digital Subscriber Line(RADSL) technology to achieve and Asymmetrical
transmission rate up to 7Mbps over a single copper telephone pair out to 5Km reach
depending on the line condition and signal quality. Express Wire I allows users to
select a fractional tansmission rate for optimizing the length and line condition
of the telephone pair used for better Bit Error Rate (BER)
Express Wire I was designed for remote LAN interconnection and high-speed Internet
access. A Router has a 10 Base-T Ethernet port and RADSL line interface which can
achieve super transmission quality comparable to fiber optic BER without repeaters,
up to 5Km. Featuring a compact design for easy installation and combining its high
speed asymmetric rate and longer local loop reach, Express Wire I is an idal solution
for a compus network's remote LAN interconnection and a high-speed Internet access
for consumers and businesses.
